Delete an account
You can start account deletion inside the Forever & Always mobile app. A 30-day grace period gives you time to change your mind before deletion is processed.
Delete from the app
Sign in, open Account, choose Privacy and data, then Delete account. Confirm your current password and acknowledge the retention notice. Your device sessions are revoked immediately. Sign in again during the grace period if you need to cancel the request.
What happens to your data
When the grace period ends, the account is disabled and identifying profile details are anonymised. Owned memorials are made private and archived, provider listings are closed, device tokens are revoked, and authorship on tributes and QR records is detached. Closed-order contact snapshots are minimised while non-personal transaction records are retained for reconciliation and audit.
Open service orders
Deletion is deferred while you or your provider business has an open service order. This avoids abandoning a graveside service or removing information needed to resolve it. Processing is retried after the order is completed or cancelled.
Records that may be retained
Limited payment, refund, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax or legal records may need to be retained after account deletion. Those records are separated from the active account and kept only for the applicable purpose and retention period. Final periods will be stated in the approved privacy notice before commercial launch.
Need help?
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@qrforeverandalways.com from the address used for your account. We will verify ownership before acting. Administrator accounts require a controlled ownership transfer and cannot be deleted through the self-service flow.
