Terms
These are product placeholders, not final legal terms. Provider, payment, cancellation, cemetery-permission and company details must be completed before launch.
Respectful use
Memorials and tributes must be lawful, accurate to the contributor’s knowledge and respectful of the person being remembered and their family.
Family moderation
Memorial owners may review, decline or remove contributions. Platform moderators may act on content that is abusive, fraudulent, unsafe or breaches the final service rules.
Services and providers
Availability, included work, provider details, full price and cancellation terms must be shown before payment. Providers remain responsible for completing accepted work safely and lawfully.
Requests and payment
Submitting a service request does not guarantee acceptance and does not itself take payment. If commerce is activated, payment must use the checkout presented for the accepted order. A return screen is not proof of payment; the platform’s verified payment record controls.
Cancellations and refunds
Unpaid requests may be cancelled according to their order status. Paid cancellations, partial work, non-delivery, refunds, disputes and provider costs require the final commercial policy and may need administrator review.
Accounts and communications
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for accurate contact information. Service-order communication must remain relevant and respectful. QR scans do not create permission to identify or contact another visitor.
Memorial plaques
The person placing a QR plaque is responsible for obtaining any permission required by the cemetery, churchyard, landowner or memorial authority.
